Application for Admission

Dear New Student,

If you are interested in attending Calvary Chapel Bible College, you must submit an application that includes three personal references.  You may download an application, visit us here at the the Bible College (see contact info), or pick one up at the front office of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa.

Apply by Email

(Due to technical difficulties currently only MAC users can complete the email version – PC users may still download and print their Application under the “Print” option below)

1.Download an Application. Complete the application on your computer.

2. Save the file to your computer by the following designation:

Lastname firstname application.pdf – Here is an example (smith john application.pdf).

This will help us identify your application before we open it allowing for a much faster response.

3. Email the file by entering your personal email account and uploading the file from the location that you saved it.

Browse–> File Name (i.e. “Documents”, “Desktop”, etc.)

Email Reference

1.CCBC online ReferenceForm (no submit) _distributedaccording to the number you need (“credit” students – 3; “audit” students – 1)

2. Email the reference form to the person who will be referring you to our school.

This email should include instruction to return the reference form, by email, to [email protected].
