Course Description:

This course provides students an introduction to the study of missions, missionary life, and ministry on the mission field. In addition to the survey of missions history provided by the readings in Tucker, topics to be covered include: Missionary Calling, The Missionary and Prayer, The Different Types of Missionaries, Missionary Goals, Principles of Fruitfulness, The Holy Spirit and Missions, Spiritual Warfare in Missions, and Missions and the Family.
