Undergraduate Programs

CCBC Costa Mesa offers four study programs; the Bachelor of Biblical Studies and the Associate in Theology, Certificate of Completion, as well as the option to Audit.

Bachelor of Biblical Studies

A Bacheolor of Biblical Studies is available at CCBC, and is an 80 unit program for students who have there A. A. or have completed at least 2 years of general college education. The BBS consists of 60 semester credits of general education from an approved/accredited school, combined with 80 semester credits earned at CCBC. The student must take all of the required courses and earn a grade of “C-” or higher.

Associate in Theology

Our Associate in Theology that we offer is actually identical to the Bachelor of Biblical Studies. However, the student who has not completed the 60 semester credits of general education may not recieve a BBS. Therefore we offer this Associate Degree in Theology. 80 semester credits are still required with earned grade of “C-” or higher.

Certificate of Completion

We understand that some students are unable to provide sufficient records (i.e. high school diploma, U.S. Citizenship). For these students classes taken “for credit” will be rewarded with a certificate of completion. The course of study does not change, and includes all 80 semester credits being completed with an earned grade of “C-” or higher.

Auditing Option

Auditing is designed for the student who desires to study for personal enrichment only. A 70% attendance record must be maintained in order to receive an “AU” as a passing grade. There is no homework or testing required.

Tuition – Inexpensively studying God’s Word at the collegiate level.
